A: No. Boyd believes in doing one thing better than anyone else. One has to question the ability of a manufacturer that claims to be an office designer. Always check credentials of anyone claiming to be a professional office designer. Boyd can help in locating your equipment, utilities, etc. for you, your architect, or contractor. Boyd also works very closely with several of the well known professional orthodontic office designers in the USA.

A: Installation takes 1 week from the time we start.

Q: How do I mount my console gaming system in my office?
A: We provide several mounting options to best fit your office. The console gaming systems may either be mounted to a wall or to a column.
The wall system is probably the most popular mounting option. We provide a mounting template, and pre-installation instructions to insure you are prepared to properly mount your gaming system when it arrives.
The column mount enables you to place one to four gaming consoles on a column. The consoles mount at 90 degree angles and at a variety of heights to accomodate several age ranges. Instructions to accomplish this are also provided.

A: In most cases we can ship your gaming system within 30 days. If you need a specific leadtime, please let us know at time of order placement and we will do everything we can to meet your delivery requirement.

In addition, E2 has the ability to provide unlimited accent colors. You can choose from hundreds of laminate colors to highlight your gaming systems. Other systems only provide a limited number of accent colors. E2 enables you to blend your gaming system into your decor.
Lastly, and probably one of our most popular features is the ability to put your practice logo on your gaming system. You can send Boyd a camera ready logo and we will prominately place it on the front of your gaming system to promote your practice.
Q: What should I do if my gaming system is damaged in transit?
A: If the box of your gaming system is visibly damaged, please note this damage on the bill of lading and call for an inspection of the damage by the freight carrier.
If you are unsure whether your gaming system is damaged, please note "Possible concealed damage" on the bill of lading.
Please notify Boyd of any difficulties encountered with the delivery of your gaming system. We will do everything we can to make sure you receive your gaming system in good condition.
