Q: What is E2 Entertaining Environments?
A: E2 is a range of products that entertain patients, parents, and siblings while visiting your practice. There are several platforms that make up E2, namely, Console Gaming, Chair Side Gaming, Countertop Gaming, and Toddler Gaming.
Q: Are games included with my E2 Console?
A: Yes, we include one (1) age appropriate game with each console. The only exception to this would be the Touchscreen system which comes pre-loaded with over 100 games.
Q: Do I need any special utilities for my gaming systems?
A: No, a grounded electrical outlet is typically the only utility required for hook-up.
Q: Are freight and installaiton included in the purchase price?
A: No, freight will be prepaid and added to your final invoice and installation should be done by a liscensed contractor.
Q: How do I mount my E2 Gaming System?
A: Depending upon the style of gaming system ordered installation is easy. We provide templates and pre-installation instructions for your contractor to insure an easy and timely installation of your E2 system.
Q: How long will it take to get my gaming system?
A: It normally takes 3-4 weeks from time of order placement (with deposit) until your order ready to ship.
Q: Can I put my practice logo on my gaming system?
A: Yes, you would send a digital copy of your logo to Boyd for duplication. There is a one time digitizing fee for producing the first set of logos. Once we have your logo digitized, there would be no charge to have additional logos provided to your gaming units.
Q: What colors are offered on E2 gaming consoles?
A: Boyd offers (3) three colors for the enclosure of your gaming system. Black, Silver and Putty are the three colors.
Q: Do E2 units have an accent color that ties to my decor?
A: Yes, E2 gaming consoles utilize a laminate accent panel that enables your gaming system to "blend in" or augment your office decor. All major US brands of laminates are available (Formica, Nevamar, Wilson Art, Pionite).
Q: What gaming platforms are offered in E2 systems?
A: Sony Playstation 2, Sony Playstation 3, Microsoft X-box 360, Apple Wii platforms are available for gaming consoles. For chair side and countertop gaming we have Sony PSP and Apple i Touch plaforms.
Q: What is the warranty on E2 systems?
A: All Boyd manufactured items carry a one-year warranty. Any distributed products carry the manufacturer's warranty (TV, Game System, Controllers).
