Q: Does a Pedo Bench have instrumentation?
A: You have a choice to either include or exclude instrumentation from the Pedo Bench. Boyd offers either a (2) two or (3) three hand piece auto delivery package with 3-way syringe and assistants instrumentation. All instrumentation can be excluded should you be utilizing a alternative delivery system (rear or side cart).

Q: If I buy direct, how do I get service on my Boyd equipment?
A: Call our Technical Service Department and they will direct a service technician to your practice. Boyd utilizes a network of 300+ technicians across the country for both warranty and non-warranty service.
Q: Does Boyd offer an Extended Service Plan?
A: Yes, we offer 3, 4, and 5 year parts and labor plans that effectively extends your warranty. These terms apply only to new equipment (under 1 year of service). One year terms can be added for used equipment. Please contact our customer service department for details.
Q: How can I see Boyd Pediatric Equipment on display?
A: We attend a variety of Pediatric trade shows, namely the AAPD and other regional meetings. In addition, we have a showroom at our corporate headquarters in Clearwater, Florida. Lastly, we can direct you to a practice in your area with equipment should you wish a more localized approach.
