Adrian E. LaTrace

Chief Executive Officer

Since joining Boyd Industries in 2012, Adrian has strengthened the company's position as a dental equipment market leader. Under his leadership, Boyd has expanded its product lines, dental specialty markets and global reach. Additionally, the company has transformed its business systems and obtained ISO13485:2016 international quality certification.

A career manufacturing leader, he served as the Vice President/General Manager of Acciona Windpower North American responsible for the successful greenfield launch of Acciona's wind turbine manufacturing, installation and service business. Under his leadership, the company grew to over $600M in revenues in the first 3 years of operation. Earlier in his career, Adrian held senior operations positions with Knowles Electronics, Gulfstream Aerospace and USRobotics.

Adrian earned his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and received his Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from The Citadel. He serves as an Executive Partner for Salt Creek Capital and sits on the advisory boards of The University of Iowa's College of Engineering and The Citadel's College of Math and Science. He is a member of the board of directors for the Florida Medical Manufacturers Consortium and Pinellas County CareerSource. He is a US Air Force veteran having served as a Communications-Electronics Officer with assignments in the United States and Asia.

Christopher Vaal, CPA

Chief Financial Officer

Chris provides Boyd with Accounting, Finance, Tax and IT leadership and direction, to include financial integrity and timeliness in reporting, financial planning and results analysis, risk awareness and alternatives and IT security and performance. Chris has served in similar capacities in his over 30- year career in both public CPA firms and private and public enterprises in both employee and consulting positions.

Most recently, as Senior Financial Executive at Aerosonic, Chris, along with other leadership team members, Chris increased earnings through financial and operational improvements, which drove increased profitability through visibility and employee behavior. In addition, Chris guided the company through its SEC reporting responsibilities and was instrumental in its acquisition bid. Prior to Aerosonic, Chris held various Controller positions in small entrepreneurial enterprises. As Group Business Manager, a financial operations position, at Eckerd Drug, Chris partnered with operations leadership to drive profits and performance and group expansion through new store feasibility presentations to the Capital Committee. Earlier, Chris spent nearly 10 years in public accounting auditing manufacturing firms, banks and later specialized in healthcare entities.

Chris received his Bachelors of Science degree in Management Advisory Services, a double major in accounting and computer applications, from New Hampshire College. Chris received his CPA license in New Hampshire, before relocating his family to Florida in 1999, where he later received his Florida CPA license. For 20 years, Chris taught aspiring CPA’s as the local Tampa Bay lead-instructor for Becker CPA Review, the industry leader in successful CPA candidate exam passing rates. Since moving to Florida, He and his wife, Sharon, have lived in Clearwater where they raised three children. Today, Chris and Sharon have three grown children and one grandchild, whom they love to spoil!

Timothy Maneval

Vice President of Operations

Tim serves as Boyd's senior leader for all product production, supply chain, engineering, facilities and industrial safety activities. Tim is an accomplished manufacturing and operations professional having held Plant Manager and Director of Operations positions.

As Plant Manager for Pegasus Steel, his facility successfully passed their ISO9001, Nuclear components and Department of the Navy fabrication certifications. As Director of Operations at SMCI MetalTek, he served as the General Manager managing the fabrication and fulfillment activities for a $30 million division. Prior in his career, he was commissioned into the US Army serving as an Infantry Company Commander with combat tours in Europe and the Middle East.

Tim received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the United States Military Academy and a Masters of Science Degree in Industrial Engineering/Supply Chain Management from Clemson University. He is a regular volunteer in support of military veterans organizations and lives in Lithia, FL with his wife and twin children

Christina Masengale

Sr. Manager of Design and Development

Christina joined Boyd in 2014 to collaborate with the functional leadership to assure Boyd's cabinetry products meet quality, financial, delivery and product line growth objectives. As a key member of the Boyd team, she will be responsible for the overall go-to-market strategy, design development, competitive analysis and manufacturing coordination for existing, new and emerging products.

Christina is an accomplished sales professional having over 10 years' experience in the field. Most recently, she was a successful Account Executive for an Independent Medical Sales company, Beveridge Medical Associates, where she was responsible for managing the complete life cycle of highly complex storage projects including approval, planning, execution and closeout to ensure planned results were achieved. She is an expert in Solutions Selling methods whereby she assesses the needs of the customer and proposes effective product solutions. She started her storage products career as the Director of Domestic and International Sales for Waterloo Healthcare. She represented multiple product lines for the highest quality medical device and capital equipment manufacturers continually striving to improve outcomes and patient care.

Christina received her Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Phoenix in Business Management. When not thinking about cabinetry, she enjoys time with her new son, Will and supporting cancer research causes.

Hook Namburi

Director of Supply Chain

Hook is responsible for all of the company's material purchasing, receiving and control, inventory management, production planning and scheduling, logistics and Dynamics GP manufacturing systems. As a key member of our leadership team, he leads the identification of innovative new approaches to reduce our product costs, right-size inventory, improve supplier performance, develop streamlined Dynamics GP business processes and prepare our complex supply chain for higher levels of performance.

Since joining Boyd in 2013 as Product Manager, Hook has demonstrated his ability as a versatile member of Boyd's leadership team. His dedication to supporting our sales organization has led to improvements in the CRM use, training and deployment. In addition, he has been a tremendous resource on matters ranging from product pricing, new product introductions, key vendor relations to understanding our product costs. He has shown his ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.

Prior to joining Boyd, Hook spent 6 years with Tier I automotive parts manufacturer, Pyongsan America Inc. in positions of increasing responsibility in the Supply Chain organization. At Pyongsan, he had multi-plant responsibility managing inventory, purchasing and logistics.

Hook attended Auburn University and makes his home in Safety Harbor, FL.
