Boyd Industries, the market leader in the design and manufacture of Dental and Medical Operatory Equipment, is seeking Sales Order Entry Associate based at the Clearwater, FL headquarters.
As a member of the Boyd team, you will interact with our Sales team members, Customers and internal departments to audit and process sales documents such as Sales Quotes, Sales Orders,and customer Purchase Orders. In addition, you generate sales reports used by management and/or team members, update various price lists, maintain the company webstore and other systems related tasks. As an ambassador of the company Brand, you will help improve department procedures and processes which enhance the overall customer experience at Boyd. You will be asked to attend sales and senior staff meetings to update management and team members on the status of quotes to order processing, posting of sales order deposits and other similar sales data.
To succeed in the role, you will have excellent computer skills mainly in a Microsoft environment using MS365, MS Teams and MS Dynamics Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, be organized, possess great attention to detail, and able to work in a team environment. In addition, you will need good interpersonal skills to convey information to management and associates upon request.
