At Boyd Industries, every chair, cabinet, and delivery system we build is made to order. Because of the custom nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds or returns once an order has been confirmed.

Warranty Coverage

While refunds are not available, all Boyd equipment is backed by a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty terms vary by product line and are detailed in your product documentation. Warranty coverage generally includes:

  • Repair or replacement of defective parts.

  • Support from Boyd’s Service Department.

  • Guidance on proper use and maintenance.

If you experience any issue with your Boyd product, please contact our Service Department. Our team will work with you to quickly resolve the issue through repair, replacement, or other warranty remedies.

  • Because each product is built to specification, orders cannot be canceled or refunded once production has begun.

  • Boyd is not responsible for issues caused by improper installation, unauthorized modifications, or misuse of equipment.
