About
A North Carolina native now based out of Cincinnati, Ohio, Chad serves customers in Ohio, Michigan, West Virginia, and Western Pennsylvania. Chad has worked in the dental industry for almost 18 years as a Service Technician, with further experience in sales and office design. Before pursuing his career in dental technology, Chad developed his strong customer service skills through managing a very successful restaurant, while simultaneously completing the Customer Service Program at Forsyth Tech Community College. He also attended Cincinnati State in the Bio-Medical Electronics program. Chad has completed multiple manufacturer trainings with Benco Dental.
Chad currently lives in Ross, Ohio with his wife Janna and four children, Troy, Mackenzie, Maggie, and Joseph. Chad enjoys watching his children in all their various activities. Chad enjoys college and professional sports, spending time with his family, and traveling. He also enjoys running and getting ready for his next big race.
